I just bought these two dress shoes... reminds me of fashion i saw in Japan : (which can be written as ギャル男, ギャルオ, ギャル汚 in Japanese) are a sub-group of modern Japanese youth culture. They are the male equivalent of their female counterparts, the gyaru. The o suffix that is added to the word, is one reading of the Chinese character for male (男). The very highly anticipated 3G iPhone has just been announced by Steve Jobs at Apple's annual WWDC. This time around, the iPhone is everything the old one was but better and amazingly, a lot cheaper. It has thinner edges, a full black plastic back, flush headphone jack, and it will be 36% faster than Nokia's N95 and Treo 750 in terms of pageloads. It also has improved battery life with 300 hours of standby, 8-10 hours of 2G talk, 5 hours of 3G talk, 7 hours of video, and 24 hours of audio. It will also come with GPS, so you know where you are all the time.

8GB is available for $199 and 16GB will come in white for $299. Available on July 11th, pre-orders are available now at the Apple store.

Last month, Nike's campaign for the all new Hyperdunk basketball shoe kicked off with a campaign featuring the NBA's 2007/2008 MVP Kobe Bryant leaping over a speeding Aston Martin. Following up on this, Kobe and the Hyperdunk's latest spot also incorporates the Jackass crew with the backdrop featuring a pool filled with snakes. Of course with the inclusion of Jackass, it's more then safe to assume there's some added comedic value involved in the video....

This June, Puma will release a pack of three sneakers in collaboration with Atmos NY that take inspiration from different endangered polar animals. Each sneaker features photography by seasoned wildlife shutterbug Mitsuaki Iwago (National Geographic’s resident photog), and was produced to bring awareness to the detrimental affects the environment is having on wildlife. The set of three which are inspired by The Harp Seal (pictured above), Macaroni Penguin, and The Polar Bear all have distinct design cues throughout the uppers that mimic the animals aesthetic. The shoes will be exclusive to Atmos, and will drop June 28th. Check the other two styles after the jump.
